Payment options
Thread Maven accepts payment via personal check, cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
Full payment due upon project completion and prior to delivery, if shipping.
Shipping
Shipping available within the continental United States. Customer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance. If you want insurance on your shipped package please let me know. All items will be neatly wrapped in a plastic bag and then in a sturdy cardboard box. Feel free to specify the carrier if you have a preference.
Fine print
I will handle items you deliver to me with the upmost care and respect. I will inspect your items upon arrival and flag areas with prior damage or material inconsistencies. Quilting and crafting can be an imperfect process with problems arising from time to time. Some challenges may result from the condition or characteristics of material provided by the customer. If I encounter a problem, I will openly and honestly inform you and take reasonable steps to remedy it in consultation with you.
